All prices for services, programs, coaching, digital products, and resources are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

2. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Payment for any service, program, coaching engagement, workshop, training, or digital product does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, financial gains, promotions, behavioral change, or organizational impact.

All offerings are provided for educational, developmental, and professional growth purposes only. Results vary by individual, organization, context, and level of engagement.

3. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, including but not limited to:

• PDFs
• Workbooks
• Worksheets
• Guides
• Toolkits
• Digital training materials

are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All sales are final
• No returns or exchanges are offered
• Access constitutes delivery

4. Coaching, Consulting, and Services

Fees for coaching, consulting, facilitation, workshops, and speaking engagements are outlined in advance via proposal, agreement, invoice, or registration page.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payments are non-refundable once services have begun
• Missed sessions without required notice are forfeited
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and notice requirements

Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Lead With L.O.V.E.™ On Purpose, LLC.

5. Programs, Courses, and Group Experiences

For multi-session programs, cohorts, or group experiences:

• Refund policies are stated at time of registration
• Partial attendance does not qualify for partial refunds
• Access to program materials may continue even if participation ends

We reserve the right to modify program schedules, facilitators, or delivery format when necessary.

6. Cancellations by the Company

Lead With L.O.V.E.™ On Purpose, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services, programs, or events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or low enrollment.

In such cases:

• Participants may receive a refund, credit, or rescheduled service at our discretion
• Liability is limited to the amount paid

7. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to services or materials
• Additional administrative fees
• Permanent restriction from future purchases

8. Pricing Changes

Prices for services and products are subject to change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some services or products may be delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling tools, learning platforms, event platforms).
