With more than two decades of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development across the private and nonprofit sectors, Simone brings a depth of lived expertise that goes far beyond theory. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rosemont College and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Simone is the visionary founder of Lead With L.O.V.E.™ On Purpose, LLC. Her work reflects years of supporting real people through real challenges, growth moments, and leadership turning points.
